I tried Wheelz Pizza for the first time at their South End location. They have ‘happy hour’ everyday from 4pm to 7pm where most of their pizzas are only $18 and you can add a 20oz soda for only $1.50. The pizza I got was the 14″ pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. They use sourdough so their crust is out of this world. I also appreciate that they automatically give you a side of marinara free of charge. I thought the pizza was lovely, but I will say it wasn’t one that tastes as good cold the next day.
Stellar Customer Service, Okay Vibes
This is definitely a grab-n-go style location. There is enough seating for about 15 people inside, but it is pretty blah. Super harsh overhead lighting and the walls are pretty scuffed up. I wouldn’t dine here. However, the employee who served me, Paris, was so sweet! He made sure I knew exactly how long it would take for my pizza and was so kind throughout my time picking up my order!
