This is how it all started…
Born in the heart of the historic city of Charleston, South Carolina, my story is one that intertwines the charm of the South with the ambitions of a modern city dweller. From the cobblestone streets and rich heritage of Charleston to the bustling metropolitan vibes of Charlotte, North Carolina, this blog encompasses my life’s journey of growth, change, and the pursuit of food and fun.
As a child, my biggest dream was to attend the University of South Carolina. I graduated post-pandemic and moved home to work and save money to backpack around Europe. During this interim period in my life I found myself with a lot of free time on my hands. I instantly began making a master list of restaurants in Charleston. This ignited something in me that I hadn’t been aware of before. My passion for food and events grew as I traveled and eventually moved to Charlotte, NC to start my career.
My goal now as a broke twenty-something-year-old with a huge lease on life is just to share what I am ardent about! Please enjoy the excerpts of my life, candid reviews, raw life advice, and sometimes questionable fashion recommendations.
